It’s not a full revert back to 15 seconds, but Grapple will now drain energy related to the distance travelled. Pathfinder fans, who’ve been feeling sad since their boy’s Grapple cooldown got nerfed back in Season 5, may be pleased to hear that Grapple is getting some love in the latest patch.
